Posting rules

Rental listings

• List a property only if you own it or are authorised to offer it for rent.
• Provide accurate, current details, including rent, mandatory costs, availability and conditions. Correct errors and withdraw a property that is no longer available.
• Upload only photos you may use that fairly show the actual property. Do not post misleading or discriminatory content.
• If you list for an estate agency, you must be authorised to represent it and use its logo. Any external listing link must lead to that property and remain current; different properties may use different links.

Business submissions

• Submit a business only if you operate it or are authorised to represent it. Describe services, service area, location and contact details accurately and keep them current.
• Do not submit misleading claims, another person’s private details without permission, or content you do not have rights to use. Submission is neither automatic publication nor endorsement by TUKAJ.

Business-profile claims

• Claim a profile only if you own the business or are authorised to represent it. Describe your connection truthfully and provide only evidence you may share.
• Do not include someone else’s personal data or identity documents without permission. Submitting a claim does not itself verify ownership or authority.

TUKAJ’s role and responsibility

TUKAJ reviews submissions and may reject, edit, hide or remove material that is inaccurate, disputed or contrary to these rules. Review is not a guarantee of ownership, accuracy or transaction safety. TUKAJ is not a landlord, estate agent or party to agreements between users. Verify the person, property and terms before paying or signing.

Nothing in these rules excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
